S&B van Rickelen Consulting LTD was founded in early 2022 by the business owners Stefanie and Boris van Rickelen. More than ten years ago, both founded the German software development company "van Rickelen GmbH & Co. KG" (www.vr-ing.de). As the company grew, the founders were able to expand onto an international level OUR COMPANIES. Now, as the masterminds behind an international group of companies – the van Rickelen Group – Stefanie and Boris are able to share their decade of experience and knowledge pertaining to financial, business and personnel strategies.

STEFANIE VAN RICKELEN

Stefanie van Rickelen´s adventure into business starts in the medical field more than 25 years ago. As a nurse and manager of private practices, she is able to learn skills needed for coordinating personnel and resources in a stressful and ever-changing environment.

Discovering her entrepreneurial spirit, she chooses to study public health and economics, which she completes with a diploma as one of the best in the class.

After continuing to work in management positions within the medical field, she decides to branch out and becomes co-founder of the software firm “van Rickelen GmbH & Co. KG” in 2012. Her DIN EN ISO 9001 quality-management certification makes her an expert in quality management. With her knowledge in business-strategy, sales and marketing as well as personnel management, she takes a key part in the company´s international success story.

Today, Stefanie van Rickelen is head of multiple companies worldwide belonging to the “Van Rickelen Group”.

BORIS VAN RICKELEN

Boris van Rickelen´s business adventure takes root in the field of electronics more than two decades ago. As an electrical engineer, he learns to work precise and finds clever solutions for mathematical as well as practical problems.

He continues to enhance his skills by adding a university diploma in technical informatics to his list of certifications. Working on the highest level of quality standards, strategic planning and developing innovative ideas become hallmarks of Boris as an expert in his field.

Starting as an employed and later as a freelance software engineer, he continues his journey by staying true to his roots as wells as exploring new grounds that will become the foundation of his own company.

In 2012, he co-founds the “van Rickelen GmbH & Co. KG” with his wife Stefanie van Rickelen. In over a decade of strategic financial and operative planning, he is able to transform the company into the international phenomenon it is today.
